With over four generations of experience as baker’s, Ray & Dick's Bakery is famous for providing it's customers with a mouth-watering spread of anything from Muffins and Rum Cakes to Tortellini soup and Foccacia sandwiches.
Forty-two years ago, after working together and separately at different bakeries, brothers Dick and Ray Auger decided to open their own business, Ray & Dick's Bakery located in downtown
While growing up, three boys Mark, Kevin, and Louie spent a substantial amount of time working at the bakery. “Most days we would come in before and after school to help out. I’ve had experience working in the bakery for over thirty years" says Mark Auger.

Ray & Dick's Bakery is unlike other bakeries because its food is made from recipes that have been passed down through generations. “Our food is homemade, fresh, and it's consistent" says Auger.
Everything at Ray & Dick’s Bakery is made from scratch, including the frosting and the batter. Furthermore, all of the food contains absolutely no preservatives, it is fresh each and everyday. Homemade whoopee pies, wedding cakes, specialty cakes with filling, Italian cookies, and fruit pies are only a few of the delicious treats found at Ray & Dick's Bakery.
Ray & Dick's Bakery also has a coffee bar for patrons to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with a breakfast sandwich a muffin, a bagel, or a croissant. For those on the go, each morning Ray & Dick’s makes an assortment of cold-cut sandwiches and visitors can simply drop in and pick up a sandwich or a cup of soup to go. Soup flavors include but, are not limited to; Chicken Stew, Italian Wedding, Chili, Tortellini, and Chicken & Rice.
Customers also have the flexibility of placing orders for various platters, including cookies, sandwiches, cakes, and breads as well as a variety of specialty items. Generally customers can place an order and pick it up the following day.
